Your tiffin, clearly tracked.

Tiffy Tracker keeps your weekly schedule, your provider’s cutoffs and your payments in one place — so at the end of the month you know what you ate, what it cost and what you have paid.

For Android 8.0 and later. Free, no account, no ads. Coming to Google Play for India.

What it does

A record you keep, not an order you place

Tiffy Tracker is independent from your meal provider. It does not order, change or cancel anything and it does not send money. It simply keeps your own account of the month tidy.

A weekly schedule

Set breakfast, lunch or dinner for each weekday, so the app knows which tiffin to expect on which day.

Per meal, monthly or prepaid

Track a price per meal, a flat monthly fee or a prepaid balance — whichever way your provider charges you.

Received, skipped, not received

Mark each meal as it happens. The calendar keeps the whole month in view, including days you planned to skip.

Cutoff reminders

Optional reminders before your provider’s cutoff time, so you do not pay for a meal you meant to skip. Delivery time can vary, because Android schedules them loosely.

Payments, written down by you

Record cash, UPI or other payments yourself, and compare expected cost, confirmed credits and what you actually paid. A correction keeps an audit trail instead of overwriting the old entry.

Export and backup

Export a CSV, or create a JSON backup and restore it later. Files are written only where you choose, and are not encrypted.

Three screens that matter

The screens below are examples with made-up sample data (a provider called “Kitchen”), not real records.

Help and contact

A question, a bug, a missing detail? Write to us — we answer in English, Hindi and German, usually within a few working days.

Email: tiffy-tracker@rz-solutions.dev

Does Tiffy Tracker order, cancel or pay for my tiffin?

No. It is independent from your provider. It does not place, change or cancel orders, does not contact your provider and does not send payments. It is a record that you keep.

If I mark a meal as skipped, do I get a credit?

Not automatically, and the app never promises one. Marking a meal as skipped only changes your own record. Enter a credit only when your provider has confirmed it.

Does it support UPI?

You can note a payment as UPI, cash or another method. Tiffy Tracker does not connect to UPI or any bank, and it does not move money.

Is there a sign-up or cloud sync?

No account and no cloud sync. Your records live on your phone. To move to a new phone, create a JSON backup, store it somewhere you trust and restore it there.

Is my backup file safe?

The backup is not encrypted. Anyone who can open the file can read it, so keep it somewhere private. If you save it to a synchronised folder, that service handles the file under its own terms.

How do I delete my data?

Clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Files you exported are separate and stay where you saved them until you delete them.

What does it cost?

Tiffy Tracker is free. The current version has no in-app purchases and no ads.

Which Android version do I need?

Android 8.0 or later (API 26).

Privacy policy

Your meal records stay on your phone.

This is the privacy policy for the Tiffy Tracker Android app (dev.rzsolutions.tiffytracker), version 0.1.0. Effective 18 October 2026. The same information is available inside the app under Settings → Privacy.

  • Your records stay on your phoneProvider name, meal schedule, prices, meal statuses, payments, credits and notes are stored in the app’s local database. They are never part of analytics.
  • No account, no adsYou never sign up or enter an email address. The app contains no advertising and no crash-reporting service.
  • Analytics are off until you switch them onYou are asked during first-run setup, and you can change your mind in Settings at any time. If you opt in, the app sends screen views, onboarding step numbers, counts of meal-status actions, skip-planner opens and your export-format choice. It never sends provider names, meal dates or labels, prices, payments or notes.
  • What comes along with analyticsApp version and build, Android version, device model, language, a short-lived session identifier and timestamps. The server derives a coarse country or region from the connection. There is no name, email address, advertising ID or lasting device ID.
  • Where analytics goTo an Aptabase instance that we run ourselves at analytics.rz-solutions.dev, on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH in Germany. No third-party analytics provider receives it.
  • Turning analytics offSwitching it off stops the app from creating new events. Events already sent cannot be recalled from the app. Because they carry no name or lasting ID, we usually cannot tell which events were yours; email us if you want to ask about them.
  • Reminders are localIf you enable cutoff reminders, the preference is stored on the phone and Android shows the notification. Nothing about it is sent to your provider or to us. Android asks for notification permission only when you switch reminders on.
  • You decide where files goCSV exports and JSON backups are written only after you pick a destination in Android’s file picker. Tiffy Tracker runs no backup service. Android’s own automatic app backup is switched off for this app.

Keeping and deleting data

Records and your analytics choice stay in the app’s storage until you clear that storage or uninstall the app. Exported files are separate and are not removed by either. Analytics events that were already sent are not deleted by uninstalling.

Security

Records are kept in Android’s app-private storage. JSON backups are not encrypted — store them somewhere you trust.
